  Established in July 2017, the company is located at No. 11, Yongsheng Road, Nanjiang Industrial Park, Sihui, which is a secondary independent incorporated company of Guangdong Yatai Advanced Material Technology (Group) Co., Ltd. Its R&D team comprises two on-the-job professional doctors and six on-the-job graduates, with the on-the-job staff with an academic degree above bachelor accounting for over 60% of the workforce. The company is also equipped with domestically leading production and detection equipment. Under the leadership of the group, the company boasts a solid innovation strength and has successively passed several global management system certifications such as TüVTS16949, ISO9001: 2008, ISO14001: 2004 and OHSAS18001.

  With the support of the municipal government, the company introduced Chen Yunbo, an academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, and his innovation team, established an academician workstation of Guangdong Province for advanced manufacturing technologies of composite material auto parts and components and Guangdong Engineering Technology Research Center for Manufacturing of Auto Parts and Components with Carbon Fiber Composite Materials, undertaken applied research branch of National and Local Union Engineering Research Center of High-Performance Carbon Fiber Manufacture and Application and established the Enterprise Technology Center of Guangdong Province based on research and development of carbon fiber composite materials for vehicles.

  The company has been granted a batch of independent intellectual properties, of which 7 R&D fruits such as “a lightweight rear floor of the car body”, “a composite material with a good resistance to layering”, “a new type of container” and “a wheel fender of carbon fiber composite material” have been granted a national utility model. 11 R&D fruits have applied for a national invention, which have all been accepted and entered the stage of substantial review. 3 R&D fruits have been accepted as national utility models.

  The company has cooperated with organizations such as Guangzhou Automotive Research Institute to develop a large batch of new products for vehicles with carbon fiber composite materials, including rear floor, new-type wheel fender, integration framework, battery pack of special-purpose vehicles, engine hood of SUV, front car lamp cover, rear hydrogen bottle holder and chassis armor. The company has supplied Guangdong Baolong Auto Co., Ltd. with products such as carbon fiber engine hoods and lamp covers; worked with Xi’an Space Composite Material Research Institute to supply a high molecular material company of Luoyang with carbon fiber chassis armor products; worked with Shenzhen Optimum Battery Co., Ltd. to supply composite material battery pack products; and worked with China Aviation Lithium Battery Group to supply battery packs for special-purpose vehicles. At present, it is introducing advanced Industry 4.0 intelligent production equipment from home and abroad and is predicted to realize the industrialization of carbon fiber auto parts and components by the end of 2018.

  Participation in drafting of technical standards is an important measurement of the technical level of an enterprise. Approved by Guangdong Quality and Technology Supervision Bureau, the company has compiled two local standards of Guangdong, namely, Carbon Fiber Composite Material Wheel Fender for Car Body and Carbon Fiber Composite Material Fabric for Interior, Exterior and Skin of Cars; has been involved in the drafting of the national standard High Temperature Alkali Resistance Test Method of Glass Fiber Reinforced Composite Material Bar. Now it is working on the national standard General Technical Requirements on Carbon Fiber Composite Material Cover Parts for Automobile with organizations such as Guangzhou Automotive Research Institute, Harbin Institute of Technology, China Automotive Engineering Research Institute Co., Ltd. and China Academy of Machinery Science & Technology. The national standard passed the review and recommendation of TC39 Standard Committee in March and made an application reply to the Standardization Administration of China on July 12, which is now waiting for approval.

  The Several Policy Suggestions on Speeding up Technical Innovation (YF 2015 No. 1 document) issued by the provincial government supported the establishment of innovative research institutions. The company plans to integrate the scientific research strength of Xi’an Space Composite Material Research Institute, Guangzhou Automotive Research Institute, Harbin Institute of Technology, Advanced Manufacturing Technology Research Center of China to strengthen industry-academy-research cooperation, cooperate with Germany KraussMaffei in world’s advanced research, development, production lines and mould production and establish “Guangdong Yatai Composite Material Technology Enterprise Research Institute” in accordance with the requirements of the province for innovative research institutions. After making an inspection, the leaders of the provincial department of science and technology and the municipal science and technology bureau agree that the conditions are basically mature for the company to construct an innovative research institution. We are trying to create conditions to speed up the implementation of each work.

  The following five years will be an important period for fully implementing Xi Jinping’s Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for the New Era.   Aiming to Be a Bellwether in Stainless Steel Processing Industry

  The company is equipped with internationally advanced production equipment, test equipment and technical talents. In 2007, we successfully developed windscreen wiper wire products that meet the quality requirement of Bosch, a Fortune 500 enterprise. Since the product was the first of its type at home, the company drafted a Q/SYT 02-2009Executive Standard for Continuous Cold Rolled Stainless Steel Bars for Windscreen Wiper of Vehicles in 2009. In December 2012, the standard was improved and upgraded and documented as Q/SYT002-2012 with the Quality and Technology Supervision Bureau of Sihui City. On April 16, 2015, the local standard was issued with the approval of Guangdong Bureau of Quality and Technology Supervision. The company has completed research and development of high manganese steel shrapnel heat treatment for boneless windscreen wiper and realized mass production. In 2016, the company implemented a technology improvement program of the city, introduced advanced equipment from Taiwan, and achieved effects of increasing the output, enhancing the efficiency, guaranteeing the quality, saving energy and reducing consumption. It has smoothly passed the product acceptance of Germany Bosch Shenzhen and achieved an annual production capacity of 15,000 tons of metal materials.

  In 2012, the company was approved to establish Zhaoqing Engineering Technology Research and Development Center of Metal Material Plastic Processing. In 2013, the company was certified as one of the fourth batch of enterprise technology centers of Zhaoqing and was honored as an “Independent Innovation Demonstrative Enterprise of Guangdong Province” in 2013 by Guangdong Association of Enterprises and Guangdong Association of Entrepreneurs.

  Currently, the company has three national registered trademarks, “Yinliang”, “Jinqi” and “Hongshen”, among which, “Yinliang” has been honored as a famous trademark of Guangdong Province. “Yinliang” stainless steel wire and “Jinqi” stainless steel bar for windscreen wiper of vehicles have been honored as famous brand products of Guangdong Province. At present, it has an annual output of 8,000 tons of glossy wires, including 1,500 tons of windscreen wiper series products, accounting for 70% of the domestic market of mid and high-rank windscreen wiper bars. As a production enterprise with the largest production capacity of “environment friendly glossy wires” in the province, the company is ranked first among industrial peers in the province in each performance indicator of sales and products.

  The company has led the drafting of two local standards of Guangdong Province, namely, Environment Friendly Stainless Steel Glossy Wire and Stainless Steel Bar for Windscreen Wiper of Vehicles; drafted three enterprise standards, namely, “Enterprise Standard for U-shaped Titanium Alloy Wires of High-grade Spectacle Frame”, “Enterprise Standard for Semi-rimless Titanium Alloy Wires of High-grade Spectacle Frame” and “Standard for V-shaped Titanium Alloy Wires of High-grade Spectacle Frame”. It has passed the certification of several international management systems such as TüV TS16949, ISO9001: 2008, ISO14001: 2004 and OHSAS18001. It occupies more than 50% of the market share of stainless steel bars for windscreen wiper of vehicles, ranked first among peers at home and has become a main domestic supplier of stainless steel bars for windscreen wiper of vehicles for Germany Bosch Group, the globally largest producer of auto parts and components. It has become a brand enterprise with good credit and extensive influence.
